You have reminded me of one of a combination of over the counter/ under the counter cocktails that I discovered while trying not to rip my tongue out: 1 percocet, 2 vacodin and a shot of Jack. The effects were reminiscent of an experience I had at the Greek theatre once with Robitussin DM. A couple guys had supplied themselves with 6 bottles of it and were doing it in shots. Had me a taste and (it reminded me of Southern Comfort). Didn’t go to well with the other chemicals in my body at the time but…it was an interesting experiment. Better living thru over the counter chemicals!

The only times I have ever had to commute was when I lived in SF. The second year I was there, my girlfriend at the time and I moved to Oakland and kept our jobs in the city. I t wasn’t so bad if we made BART in time but those days when we had to come in over the Bay Bridge were brutal. So I feel for you pal.

As I have advanced in age I have discovered that I am really not that fond of driving anymore. Here on the Cape we are inundated with city folk (wash-a-shores we call em), who drive like their being pursued by the police. Turistas who haven’t a clue were they are and/ or don’t give a crap because…their on vacation. And then there are the REALLY, really old retired folks who are constantly mistaking the brake pedal for the gas thus creating a large number of drive thru storefronts in the process.

Bringing this cabal of criminals to justice is going to be like playing a slippery game of whack-a-mole. One pops up while the other burrows itself deeper into its greasy slippery little hole. There appears to be some in Congress who actually give a shit about the constitution and are doing their jobs but I am afraid, like you said, too many Dems have crossed to the dark side and like it there.Captain Quahoghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10212689267677241429noreply@blogger.com
